v       WARNING – NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES INHALE OR ALLOW ANYONE TO INHALE HELIUM. IN HIGH CONCENTRATION, HELIUM IS AN ASPHYXIATE AND CAN KILL. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE MISUSE OF HELIUM BALLOON GAS.

 

v       A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total bill is payable at the time of booking.

 

v       The balance invoice will be sent to you 21 days prior to the date of the function for which the balloons are required. This must be paid in full 14 days before the function. Please check your invoice carefully to ensure that everything you have ordered is shown, as the invoice will form our checklist when we are decorating your function. Please inform us of any mistakes or omissions immediately. PLEASE NOTE THAT CANCELLATIONS 21 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE FUNCTION WILL STILL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE SUITABLE INSURANCE TO COVER THIS EVENTUALITY.

 

v       Payment is by cash or cheque. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BALLOONS WILL NOT BE INSTALLED AT THE FUNCTION IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE.

 

v       Alterations to the original order can be made up to 14 days prior to the function at which time the final invoice will be prepared and the materials ordered from our suppliers. ANY ALTERATIONS MADE AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

 

v       It is essential that the telephone number and name of the venue key holder be supplied to us so that we can arrange a suitable time to install your decorations. Balloon decorating is a very time consuming job and can be done on the day of the function. However, access to the venue may need to be earlier than you may expect. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS WHICH MAY ARISE FROM OUR NOT BEING ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE VENUE AT A TIME SUITABLE TO US.

 

v       The safe keeping and return to BalloonsByTina of returnable fixings and props is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed. Where balloon frames and bases are used we will ask you for a refundable deposit in the form of a cheque. This will be returned as soon as our props are returned complete and undamaged. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE MISUSE OF OUR PROPS OR BASES.

 

v       Please be assured that we only use the highest quality balloons to create your display. However, due to the nature of the product we cannot automatically be held responsible for any defects. Please remember that balloons are susceptible to temperature change and this may affect their appearance.

 

v       The contract is binding on both parties unless amended by mutual consent.

 

v       BalloonsByTina has full public liability cover and the certificate can be seen on request.
